What is your return & exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and carefully packaged for return. Once received and inspected, you may choose an exchange or a refund to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How long does processing take?

Orders are lovingly prepared and processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy seasons or special launches, processing may take a little longer. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $100 or more (before tax and after discounts). Orders under $100 have shipping calculated at checkout based on size and weight.

Will my order arrive in more than one package?

Possibly. Some items ship directly from our studio, while others are fulfilled by our trusted print partners. If your order includes both, items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking emails.

Who do you ship with & how long does delivery take?

All orders ship from the U.S. via USPS. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Once a package is with USPS, we’re unable to control transit times or delays due to weather or carrier issues.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs. We’re unable to refund or replace orders lost due to address errors.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Can I request a different color, size, or variation of an item?

What you see in the shop is what’s currently available. We’re unable to make color changes or custom variations to existing products, including apparel. Thank you for understanding — each piece is offered as designed.

Do you take custom orders or commissions?

At this time, we’re not able to accept custom orders or commissions. Our studio is focused on creating and releasing new collections, and we appreciate your understanding.

Do you offer licensing or collaborations?

Yes! Licensing and collaboration inquiries are welcome. Please reach out to us at strawberryfieldtrip@gmail.com with a brief introduction and project details.

Can I pitch an idea or product concept?

We’re always grateful for the enthusiasm and creativity of our community, but we’re unable to review or consider unsolicited ideas at this time.

Will you donate to my fundraiser or cause?

I receive many donation requests throughout the year. At the beginning of each year, I decide which causes I’m able to support based on my capacity. While I wish I could help everyone, I’m not able to accommodate individual requests outside of those commitments. Thank you for understanding.

Do you offer digital files or downloads?

At this time, I don’t offer digital files or downloads. All of my work is sold as physical products only. Thanks so much for understanding!
